Student Life

Clubs & Activities

At JHCA we believe in educating the whole person. It is just as important to expose students to culture and athletics as it is to intellectual pursuits and activities. To help students pursue their interests or develop passions for new ones, we offer a variety of cultural and athletic clubs and activities.

Our faculty is not only highly educated but also has a wide range of interests and takes the time and opportunity to meet with students and impart that love to them. Our clubs range from Knitting, Cross-Country Running and Skiing, Basketball, to even a Tea Party Club.

Students have the opportunity not only to explore a new interest, but to socialize with students outside of their class, and interact and get to know our faculty members. Extracurriculars help develop an emotional network in a unique way from that of the classroom. It is a time for socializing and learning, developing new skills, and for growing the heart in addition to the mind.
