Faculty Tour of Vertical Harvest
JH Classical Academy Faculty enjoyed an evening tour of Vertical Harvest. Teachers are working with Vertical Harvest Educational Coordinator, Joelle Lazzareschi, to launch an afterschool program at Vertical Harvest for Academy students.
Sprout Academy is an after school program for JH Classical Academy students in conjunction with Vertical Harvest. Students will have the opportunity to learn about photosynthesis, hydroponic gardening, food sourcing and the importance of local employment. They will also focus on how plants are integral to the life we lead
while exploring the beautiful Vertical Harvest facility.
